Our QS 9000 certified foundry is automated and we build our own tooling. We pour carbon steels, tool steels, stainless steels, copper, nickel, and cobalt based alloys. We have the capacity to cast shapes from a half inch cube to a fifteen inch cube. We produce complex configurations for automotive, firearms, surgical, bearings, valves, marine and hand tool industries. We can achieve tolerances of +/- .005"/inch.
