Die casting produces a part that is complete except for tapped holes and tight tolerances. Die cast parts require some draft so that the parts will release from the tool.

Our facility will quote programs with high volumes as well as low volumes. Our prices are competitive,  because we purchase molten material as needed. We pour the metal into a reverberatory furnace which serves as a reservoir for the die casting machine line. Metal arrives at each machine in the same molten state which eliminates the need to melt ingots at each machine.
