Fabrication can be split into two categories, cutting and welding and tight tolerance forming and blanking.  By cutting and welding, I mean larger weldments and formed parts like machine bases, frames or thick gauge material. Tight tolerance work is self explanatory.  We have fabricators who can make any part that you require.

Blanking is performed by CNC turret punches, laser cutters, and fine plasma cutters.  We have the ability to laser cut up to half inch stainless and carbon steels, quarter inch aluminum and eighth inch copper and brass.  The fine plasma can cut up to one inch carbon steel, three quarter inch stainless steel, and three quarter inch aluminum plate.
